Indonesia HS 9503.00 toys: MFN duty ~5%, but 0% under China–ASEAN FTA (ACFTA) with Form E — most buyers use this. VAT 11% always applies. PPh ~2.5% for registered importers. Confirm exact rates with your broker.
Lesson: FOB is 5/set, but a 1-carton trial lands at **~25/set** — fixed freight + handling dominate small orders. That's normal; the fix is volume (next section).
